February Client is planning to award the consultancy contract between last week of November 2017 and the first week of December 2017. The public tender has been issued in June 2017, with 25 companies submitting bids, of which 16 were shortlisted for the design consultancy contract. - 19th
FebruaryClient has short-listed three companies for awarding the consultancy service contract for master-planning of this mixed-use tourism concession project. The contract will be awarded by second week of March 2018. Scope of work, as per the tender, has been split into three parts with the development of the master plan of a 62- hectare site with approximately 800 metres of seafront and a validated master plan for Phase 1 of approximately four hectares forming the first part, while parts two and three comprise developing detailed designs for a 200-unit 3-star business hotel and for 400-500 unit apartment blocks as part of Phase 1.
