NovemberThis Tender is for the Infrastructure works for Development of Infrastructure Facilities at Sur Industrial Area. The entire project area is divided in THREE (3) different zones, as listed below, under the sub-heading “A” Infrastructure Development, which are allotted for different facilities. Besides, there are Connecting Roads, Office Building, Security Fencing etc. amongst the development projects. The Clauses from G to O are common for project, Part or Full. This Tender is for the Infrastructure Development of Block 5D, Block 5A and Commercial Block, as described below.
A. Infrastructure Development
1. Block 5D – Area allotted for Industrial units – Total Area approximately 120 Hectors + Service Road
2. Block 5A – Area allotted for Industrial units – Total Area approximately 16 Hectors.
3. Commercial Block Phase I – Area allotted for Commercial units and Shops – Total Area approximately 39 Hectors.
