- 16th
NovemberClient has announced the commencement of construction works on this development, with a total area of more than 60,000 square metres. It has assigned the main contractor to construct the traditional heritage souq (market). The partial operation of the market is expected to be in July 2022, while the full operation will be in 2023. A heritage souq with local architectural design elements will be an alternative to the current souq. This area will house many small and medium enterprises besides attracting some international brands to meet the needs of the visitors.
